We specialize in helping women find a diet and lifestyle that supports their individual needs, taking into consideration any existing health conditions and challenges. Things we encounter often in the clinic include – digestive disorders, reproductive health issues, anxiety, depression, insomnia, hormone imbalance, addictions and disordered eating. We also help women in the various stages of family planning – fertility, conscious conception, pre-natal and post-natal care. Our name, Turiya, is a Sanskrit word meaning “the fourth”. It refers to the fourth state of consciousness - the other three are waking consciousness, dreaming, and dreamless sleep. Turiya is the state beyond consciousness and dreaming, where we are most connected to our highest Self.

Our intention is to guide each client through their own healing journey, so they may access and operate from this enlightened state.

Molly Davis, owner of Turiya Holistic Health & Virtual Clinic, is a Doctor of Ayurveda and a certified Yoga Teacher. Molly received her doctoral degree from Sai Ayurvedic College in Miami, FL and completed her clinical internship at Vaidhyas Ayurvedic Hospital in Kannur, Kerala (India). She is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and an adjunct professor at Sai Ayurvedic Institute.

Molly specializes in working with clients who are experiencing digestive health issues, women’s reproductive health issues, hormone imbalance, anxiety, depression and addictions. Outside of the office, Molly is immersed in life with her husband and new baby boy.
