Turiya Holistic Health is a virtual Ayurvedic wellness clinic and lifestyle community. We offer a unique space where clients can initiate or deepen their practice of Ayurveda, receive personalized support and connect with others on the path to optimal health. You can read more about Ayurveda HERE

We specialize in helping women find a diet and lifestyle that supports their individual needs, taking into consideration any existing health conditions and challenges. Things we encounter often in the clinic include – digestive disorders, reproductive health issues, anxiety, depression, insomnia, hormone imbalance, addictions and disordered eating. We also help women in the various stages of family planning – fertility, conscious conception, pre-natal and post-natal care. To learn more about any of the above areas, or to discuss your unique situation and how Ayurveda can help, schedule a free 30-minute consultation.

Our name, Turiya, is a Sanskrit word meaning “the fourth”. It refers to the fourth state of consciousness - the other three are waking consciousness, dreaming, and dreamless sleep. Turiya is the state beyond consciousness and dreaming, where we are most connected to our highest Self.

Our intention is to guide each client through their own healing journey, so they may access and operate from this enlightened state.
